Last updated: April 3, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ConVersely ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use ConVersely. By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. ConVersely requires real identity — anonymous accounts are not permitted.
4. Content Ownership & License
You retain ownership of all content you post on ConVersely. By posting, you grant ConVersely a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the Platform. You may delete your content at any time, which terminates this license.
5. Acceptable Use
ConVersely is a space for honest professional reflection. You agree not to:
- Post content that identifies private individuals by name without consent
- Use the Platform primarily for self-promotion or humblebragging
- Harass, threaten, or deliberately harm other users
- Post spam, malware, or deceptive content
- Attempt to circumvent content moderation or security measures
6. Subscriptions & Payments
ConVersely Pro is a paid subscription billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal; access continues until the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled per Stripe's policies.
7. Content Moderation
ConVersely employs both automated and community-driven moderation to maintain platform tone. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms or undermine the platform's mission of honest professional reflection.
8. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion removes your profile, entries, reactions, follows, and subscription data. This action is irreversible. See our Privacy Policy for details on data retention after deletion.
9. Limitation of Liability
ConVersely is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ConVersely after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
